Nov. 8, 2022 (KANSAS CITY, Mo.) – United Country Real Estate has earned quite a bit of recognition for 2022 from Franchise Business Review.
This marks yet another year that Franchise Business Review (FBR) has named United Country a top franchise across multiple categories, including Top Recession-Proof Franchise, Top 200 Franchise, 10 Years Hall of Fame Franchise, Franchise Rock Star and Top Franchise for Veterans, among other honors.
These most recent awards highlight United County’s ability to find success during any type of market shift. With nearly 500 franchised offices nationwide and almost 100 years of experience, the company dedicates itself to providing the tools and knowledge needed to ensure its affiliates’ success. This carried United Country through the Great Depression from 1929-1939, and enabled its network to successfully navigate 16 recessions since World War II.
During the 2022 challenges facing the market in the last few months and the current economic volatility, the company is well positioned to once again adjust to the changing market with success.
“With rising interest rates, above average price increases, inflation and uncertain economic stability leading to recessionary pressures, it is critical the United Country program is built upon a nearly 100-year foundation designed to weather these turbulent times,” said United Country Real Estate President Mike Duffy. “Being recognized by FBR as a Top Recession Proof Franchise validates the program, ensuring our affiliates can continue to grow in the current market and provide superior service to their clients.”
Duffy said the company has not only been able to handle various challenges in the real estate industry over these many decades, but has seen unprecedented growth during periods that challenged the industry as a whole. “Receiving all of these awards is an honor and the result of continually enhancing a system designed to provide broader exposure for listings needed in tightening markets,” Duffy said. “This focus has resulted in outpacing the industry and often in the face of declining trends.”
FBR provides the only national ranking of franchises based solely on franchisee satisfaction and performance data each year. The independent research firm surveys thousands of franchise owners representing the strongest franchise brands. Survey questions focus on franchisee experience and satisfaction with training, support, operations, financial opportunity and other core business drivers.
“In the end, is United Country’s national expert team of nearly 4,000 brokers, agents, auctioneers and other partners that continues to drive innovations and strengthen the network to win in any market,” Duffy said.
